We started using Temp Network after Emma had paid a visit to our site in Larkfield.  Generally we use an agency that has agreed terms at head office, however we were impressed by Emmas enthusiasm to match our requirements and the rates offered were more than competitive, so we decided to use Temp Network on a trial basis.

Emma supplied us with a temp who was keen to understand how we worked and it was only a short time before we could allow the temp to work unsupervised.

I was impressed with the fact that Emma made a point of bringing the Temp to site and introducing him to everyone, something that other agencies rarely do.  She was also in touch throughout the week to check that that there were no problems.

Since the initial trial we have used Temp Network on several occasions without any issues arising, staff have arrived on time and quicly made themselves aware of responsibilities and worked as part of the depot team.  We will continue to use the agency for the foreseeable future.
