Social Media Works!

Whilst I admit that this is not a very long article, I just had to share this piece of information with you.

We spend time each week (and most days!) engaging with prospects and clients via social media. We have objectives and measures in place to ensure good ROI. I also actually enjoy using these modern mediums to reach people that may not have heard of us.

This morning for the first time we obtained a booking directly from Face book!

How pleased am I?  Extremely!! Obviously I want more. However I am very grateful to get this opportunity but more importantly I am over the moon that making ourselves visible on Linked in, Twitter and Face book will pay dividends.

It makes a difference rather than the hours spent on the phone canvassing clients. Very nice to have something inbound that was not from our web site.

To the skeptics, keep going! Social media pays!
